Anthony D. Palizzi, Managing Partner and CEO
Anthony is a dynamic and results-focused leader with over 20 years of progressive experience in sales, business growth and development, building communities, revenues, and profits. Prior to co-founding eIntero, he was President of 4Momentum, LLC, and has held executive management positions with several leading technology and consulting firms. He enjoys working with others that are passionate, empathetic, smart, and innovative. He follows five simple rules: treat others as you want to be treated, listen attentively, learn from your failures, celebrate your successes, and be thankful. Anthony has been very fortunate to be a part of eight start-ups, two of which he co-founded. Outside of his faith, family, and friends, pioneering new beginnings is his passion.
Anthony is also Director of Startup GRIND Denver, powered by Google for Entrepreneurs. He is involved in numerous volunteer organizations, is a member of several technology and business associations, and has served on multiple Boards of Directors.
He has a Master’s of Management/Organization Development from Regis University and a Bachelors of Science in Geology/Landuse from Metropolitan State College.
Erik Dorsett, Managing Partner and CTO
Erik is a results oriented leader with over 17 years’ experience in the information technology industry. Prior to co-founding eIntero, he was an Agile Coach at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company. He held positions as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Systems/Software Engineer, Program/Process/Quality Management, Business Consulting Services and Technical Sales Management for leading technology companies. Erik has a broad range of industry experience including geospatial, federal/state government, oil and gas, utilities, commercial real estate, and aerospace.
Erik has a demonstrated ability to design, build, and manage effective, results-oriented solutions and organizations to meet business needs. He is recognized for strength in leading complex engagements with multi functional and matrix teams across the globe. He has a proven record of performance in understanding end-to-end business and technology environments, representing the breadth of available portfolios in delivering appropriate solutions, while leveraging new technologies.
He has a Master’s of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelors of Science in Anthropology from the University of Colorado.
Jim Newell, Company Advisor
Mr. Newell joined Houston Ventures in 2010. He previously was a Partner with Altira Group LLC from 2000 to 2010. From 1994 to 2000, he was a Partner in Aspect Management Corporation making venture investments in upstream oil and gas projects and early to growth-stage energy technology companies. From 1976 through 1994, Jim was a financial executive in the oil and gas industry, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and public financings. He has served on the boards of more than 20 portfolio companies, including, most recently, RigNet, Syntex Management Systems, Enerpulse, Energy and Power Solutions, GridPoint, Renaissance Lighting, NexGen Emissions, Southwest Windpower, LandTel Communications, World Telemetry, and WindLogics. Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Trinity University and is a CPA in Texas and Colorado.
